EPWT publishes product listings, prices, delivery estimates, and other information on the platform in good faith, to help you decide what to buy. This page explains the limits of that information — it is not a substitute for reading a product's own description, and it does not reduce any right you have under Nigerian consumer-protection law.

We work to describe products, images, specifications, and stock accurately, and to correct genuine mistakes quickly when we find them. Even so, a product may occasionally arrive slightly different from its listing photo (packaging updates, minor colour variation) or a description may lag behind a supplier's own spec sheet. If what you receive is significantly different from what was listed, that is a dispute we can act on — see Terms & Conditions §6.

Some EPWT products are marketed as wellness, energy, or protection products. Nothing on EPWT is medical advice, and no product listing is a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Statements about a wellness product describe the manufacturer's or supplier's own claims for it, not an EPWT medical assessment. If a product has specific health warnings, contraindications, or usage instructions, follow the manufacturer's packaging and literature, not the app listing alone.

Third-party vendors are not live on EPWT today — every product currently listed is EPWT's own stock or a member's resale of stock they already bought (see Terms & Conditions §9–10). If and when third-party vendors are introduced, a vendor's product descriptions, images, and claims will be their own — EPWT will review listings before they go public, but a vendor's specific product claims will remain that vendor's representation, not EPWT's. This section will be expanded before vendor listings go live.

Prices, member pricing, delivery fees, and stock levels can change at any time before you complete checkout. The exact price and delivery fee you see at checkout, immediately before you pay, is the amount charged — not any price shown earlier while browsing. Occasionally a listed price or stock count may be a data error; if we cannot honour a clearly mistaken price, we will cancel that line and refund you in full rather than charge the correct price without telling you.

The platform, and the information on it, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, EPWT does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every product description is complete or free of minor error. This does not affect the liability limits already set out in Terms & Conditions §12, and it does not remove any right you have under applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law.

The platform may occasionally link to third-party sites (for example, a manufacturer's own product page). We do not control and are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.
